Two opinion pieces in Sunday's Washington Post Outlook section have generated some heat in the blogosphere; one , by Thomas A. Schweich ("Thomas A. Schweich served the Bush administration as ambassador for counter-narcotics in Afghanistan and deputy assistant secretary of state for international law enforcement affairs.") a bit more than the other one, by retired army general Wesley K. Clark.
As might be expected, Uncle Jimbo at Blackfive is much less polite in his deconstruction than was James Joyner in his commentary at Outside the Beltway.
