And what is the blue with three white stripes ribbon b/w the AAM and GCM?
Sorry about that, I didn't re-size it at all when I converted it from a printscreen (from http://armyawards.com/awards.shtml) to a JPEG and then cropped it.
Good eye, I wondered if anyone would notice that one. That medal ribbon is for the Meritorious Honor Award of the U.S. Department of State. It's a civilian, albeit federal, decoration.
