Just a list of FSO web logs I compiled. . . .

FS Blogs (Note: This list was previously labeled 'FSO Blogs' but at least one of them, Our Man In Tirana, is by an FSS and others are those of family members.)

Any idea why there are so few FSS blogs? If you come across one, please let me know.

Tks / Lisa

No idea, both if that's even true (my rough list has FSOs and FSO spouses on it) as I wasn't especially looking for FSS web logs. Offhand, I know of one photo website belonging to an OMS plus one MSG web log. I honestly haven't gone looking for them particularly.

Hello Lisa. I'm an FSS and my blog (Our Man in Tirana) is written from my point of view.

Hello again. Please excuse my ignorance of the Foreign Service's TLA's. I'm not a FSS after all - I'm a FSO spouse: an FSOS perhaps?

alwyn, I think that "dependents" are nowadays referred to as either EFMs (Eligible Family Members) or MOHs (Members of Household) with no specific acronym accruing to spouses. An FSS is a Foreign Service Specialist such as an OMS, DS agent, or FS physician.
