I thought of another, although I'm not sure if you're a fan of Terry Gilliam's movies.

Somehow, I suspect Freiherr Munchausen's approach would differ greatly from Herr Doktor (Med.) Welby's.
I wouldn't call myself a fan, exactly, but I've seen a few of them.
